HE100 instead of ME109

Generally none. Germany could in fact have had the FW-190 ready for the battle of Britain if it was actually given funding and priority for its engine. And the FW-190 had superior range, speed, rate of climb and roll vs a Spitfire. The only thing that would change would be that the Germans would have a better kill ratio but the general math of the situation would still hold... ie German pilots who get shot down become POW's and British pilots get to fly again. Maybe 50 or 100 extra fighters survive until they call the battle quits which butterflies out to zilch change in the long term scheme of things

An ASB He-100 with long-range tanks, better armament, nicer rad could have changed the course of history, if only a few other things happened too. Only, it was the He-112 that was in competition with the Me-109. The He would not be available in sufficient numbers. The last time this thread arose also brought up the FW Falke. If the Luftwaffe are going to introduce superior aircraft out of thin air, Then it's only fair that the RAF gets the Merlin Whirlwind.

One significant aspect is that the Germans are going to have a lot fewer of them than they had Bf-109s historically - the complex wing of the Heinkel was a bitch to make, which slowed production, and iirc the materials costs were higher too. Bf-109s were also in production years prior to the Heinkel being in any state to hit mass production, which means that years of production experience is lost.
