Has anyone ever done a Merovingian/Carolinginian TL?

Just wondering really. I've seen TLs for Rome, the Byzantine Empire, various nations and people of the middle ages and so forth, but never one centered around either the Merovingian or Carolingian dynasties. So are they just rare/ not the main focus of some TLs, or has no one written one yet?

Edit: and I know I misspelled Carolingian in the title, realized it after I hit post. So I ask that no one point that out please.

There is the Song of Roland TL by Scarecrow, which may interest you. It mostly involves a Frankish Empire-wank, and has nice maps. However, he never got around to finishig it though - there was a planned reboot, but I don't think it went anywhere.

My timeline Marsch von Ungarn (incomplete and in hiatus) focuses on the victory of East Francia against Hungary in 907, successfully destroys the Arpád dynasty, and most importantly, the Karling dynasty never falls (well for at least the next 300 years). Although its on hiatus, it is meant to really show how the Karlings could have remained in power and possibly recreate the glorious domains of Charlemagne under a single king. Another major player in this is that the Luitpoldings successfully recreate the Duchy of Pannonia and slice up Croatia with the Papal States, making them, under the Karlings, the most powerful family in Europe (they also sliced up Swabia after a short civil war).
