Harold Macmillan no illness?

What if Harold Macmillan isnt given the false diagnosis that he was given IOTL? His replacement, Douglas-Home was able to turn what looked like a devastating Tory defeat into a very close deafeat to Labour (by 4 seats i believe). How would the seat numbers be changed under Macmillan? How would Macmillan policies be in the mean time before the elections? How would this effect the next Parliament?

I think that Home did not do so well. He famously talked of Retirment Pensions (equivalant to Social Security) as donations.

I could see MacMillan winning
