Any thoughts on a POD that would abolish the office of the President and make the US Supreme Court the head of the nation (an extra cookie to if you can do away with the Congress as well)?
Questions and assumptions:
1) I don’t think the American people would put up with life terms for the judges so one of the changes would have to be an agreement to limits – 6yrs?
2) Would there still be 9 or would the number of judges increase?
3) Would each be elected nationally or would the country be divided into regions – each with an elected judge?
Just some thoughts I had while eating dinner.
