Supposing Mary Tudor-Habsburg dies in childbirth in early 1555 (in OTL a false pregnancy), Philip was declared regent by an earlier bill of Parliament and rules via Jure Uxoris. What becomes of England? Does he marry Elizabeth and if so what sorts of children might they have? Does the Church in England continue to evolve in a unique direction? And could Philip still try to lay claim to France via a marriage to Elizabeth Valois?

*Note: should the last point happen with successful claims on England and France being enforced and a son emerge, said child could inherit England, France, the Low Countries, Spain, Portugal, and much or all of Italy outside of Venice itself along with the colonial empires of all of the above and a claim on the Kingdom of Jerusalem itself...
