Guerra Corporativa: A Collaborative Timeline

Based on this thread. I will have the final veto power so that things don't get to chaotic or ASB.

April 9th, 1990:
The Soviet Union and PepsiCo sign an agreement in which the USSR gives Pepsi ships and vodka in exchange for distribution in their country.

June 5th, 1990:
Sensing an opportunity in the Guatemalan Civil War, the company stages a coup, establishing the Corporate Socialist State of Guatemala.
 
July 4th, 1990: The Finnish Masa-Yards shipyards receive an order of seventeen big tanker vessels from the USSR. The order gives hope to the Finnish economy, reeling due to the expectations of major problems in Finno-Soviet trade relations, prompted by recent instability in Eastern Europe.
 
July 7, 1990: Gennady Yanayev dies from a sudden heart attack in Moscow

July 8, 1990: Kim Jong-il dies from a sudden car accident in Pyongyang with his father, Kim il-Sung dying from a stroke when he hears of the news of his death, leaving a power vacuum in North Korea

July 10, 1990: Large-scale demonstrations call for a boycott of Pepsi-Cola products in response to what happened in Guatemala.
 
July 12th, 1990: Rumors begin to spread that Coca-Cola may have a similar deal with the Soviets, and many begin to worry that they will make a similar move.
 
July 13, 1990: Reports indicate that Coca-Cola has made a deal with the Chinese government where the PRC's government would be buying a 5% share in Coca-Cola and the PRC would sell Coca-Cola weapons.
 
July 15, 1990: Lufthansa Flight 211 crashes while flying from Hamburg to Boston with 301 passengers and crew onboard including actress Meryl Streep.

July 17, 1990: Indian and Pakistani forces clash in the Kashmir.

July 18, 1990: Demonstrations in Hong Kong rally against the intended handover of Hong Kong to China with up to 100,000 people demonstrating against the planned hand-over.

July 19, 1990- China Intervenes in North Korean Crisis, Making it Clear to North Korea that reforms of North Korean system to more closely match China system is necesarry if they are to receive further support.
July 20, 1990- India Wins the Skirmish in Kashmir as the clash dies down in ceasefire.
July 21, 1990- Ira Detonates Bomb at Stock Exchange after warning the population to clear out the area . Due to Incompetence of London Police Evacuation is catastrophe. and 20 Die in the blast.

July 25, 1990: Coca-Cola allies secretly with the leftist URNG rebels and will be supplying them AK-47s bought from China and plans on a naval attack of Guatemalan ports and shipping

Patrol ships and micro-submarines would be plausible, I don't see any combination of states willingly selling off 20 surface combatants below piddly boats happening. The timeline has shown no indication of a POD before 1990, meaning that barring super magic (magic would be required for a private organization to acquire capital ships in the first place), it would be impossible for anyone to somehow acquire more than 10 battleships (all 8 American museum battleships, somehow re-floating and repairing Arizona and somehow reactivating Mikasa).
