Grenada 1983- Op URGENT FURY without the bugs

OK, WI URGENT FURY had gone better in Oct 1983 ? Things which should've been improved SO much:
-better intel on the location of the 500 US medical students (which leads also to another WI- say, instead of OTL these students being in no actual danger, the Grenadian army had attempted to actually take as many American students hostage as poss)
-better inter-service co-operation so's that damaged Blackhawks were allowed to land on the decks of Navy ships
-better comms so's that the farcical sitns of the pinned-down 82nd Airborne troopers or US Navy SEALS needing to use a payphone to call in airstrikes  are avoided
-standard issuance of proper maps of the island of Grenada to officers & soldiers at all levels
-the involvement of the 7th SFG in the campaign, given their enculturation & familiarity with the Caribbean as part of their AOR

Or better yet, WI Maurice Bishop's followers were able to obtain a good # of guns and amno storm the prison and free Bishop, in the process killing some of the guards and police officiers and capturing and disarming the rest. The tables are soon turned agaisnt Bernie Coard and Hudson Austin and three days later Maurice Bishop and his swelling supporters march into the capital (St. George) and is restored to power. With that in mind does the US still invade Grenada?
