Greek conquest of North Africa

With a POD of Alexander the Great's death in 323 BC how can we have Greek kingdoms successfully conquer all or parts of North Africa.

By North Africa I mean the area controlled by Carthage, Numidia, and modern day Morocco at least to about I dunno 50 miles from the Atlas Mountains.

Can the Hellenic states subdue this region?

And how long can they hold it?

This is sorta OTL...

Ptolemaic Egypt seems to be in the best position to conquer and hold large parts of North Africa, but it doesn’t have much of a reason to do it that I can think of. Maybe it ends up taking over Carthage to secure a chokehold on Mediterranean trade? Alternatively, maybe the Sicilian or Pyrrhic Wars go much, much better for the Greeks and they end up taking parts of North Africa in addition to Sicily or Tarentum?

Maybe something involving Marc Antony? Perhaps his war with Octavian ends in a stalemate and Egypt goes independent with him as co-regent with Cleopatra (bonus points if this ends the Pharonic inbreeding, at least temporarily). Eventually Rome is going to run into problems and the Ptolemaic-Antonian Egyptians can take the advantage and deprive Rome of their African breadbasket. It's kind of a longshot and relies on a lot of random chance, but it would be an interesting TL to read.
