OK, if we assume this is going to happen....

The Netherlands has a great PROBLEM in the Cape Colony as English settlers are going to be very unhappy

Britain presumably is going to go all out to surround it, so expect Britain to push into the Transvaal and Orange River areas from Natal, and probably from North of the Cape Colony

Ceylon is also a big loss

Britain is obviously going to need to be compensated for this, and only France can provide that compensation, so Britain is going to get the rest of the Caribbean, and other French colonies under occupation

Now, you also have to give something to France or Louis XVIII is going to be even more unpopular. Presumably some of the Bavarian palatinate is available, with Bavaria being compensated with Wurzburg and maybe Salzburg, as Austria has its Netherlands back

The colonies they got back iotl was the best they could do considering several of their Caribbean islands and Suriname were also not given back.

They did get back Suriname (though reduced in size) and all the ABC/SSS islands. I believe their only territorial loss in the Americas was the western part of Suriname, which became British Guyana.
