It's not radically different but the myspace logo is already very simplified. the only thing i could see changing is that it'd un-gradient as the aesthetics of gradients becomes out of fashion (which is what i did)
Could somebody make myspace in today if facebook lost to myspace?
Lots of current app logos are designed with the idea in mind that they can be used as buttons on a smartphone so maybe something like this keeping only the little figure that has appear in a lot of iterations
