Gott erhalte Karl den Kasier! A Central Powers Victory Graphic TL

Introduction

w642FlC.png

The year is 1920. The Central Powers have swept over the European continent and dicatated terms to the Entente despite losing most of their colonies. Though it seems that few remain to challenge the German hegemony over the Continent, new powers and new challenges rise up out of the ashes of the Old Order.
I am of the opinion that with regards to alternate history, I am of the opinion that something is only unrealistic until it happens, that is to say that real history is rife with people, places, and events that would be called out as ASB in any timeline on this site (and that's without counting the stuff that would actually fall under ASB like the supernatural and divine intervention). All this to say that if you find something unrealistic, this is probably why, though I invite you to point it out regardless (because it may that I'm just uneducated on the subject).

Any particular POD for this Central Powers victory? Definitely seems like a late victory at least.
Not really sure but probably a 1917 victory. I think the Germans in Paris sometime that early to mid that year and original Brest-Litovsk with surviving Provisional Government in Russia.

Isn't that more central Europe than western?
Eh, it includes France and Benelux which I'd say are in Western Europe, but I just didn't know what else to call it since Central would exclude France and Western and Central is a bit long. Not like I was going to use Western Europe elsewhere anyway.

Great TL! Is Albania ruled by the Wied family? What's the status of Croatia?
Thank you. The Kingdom of Croatia-Slavonia is autonomous within the Lands of the Crown of St. Stephen and the Kingdom of Dalmatia is part of the Kingdoms and Lands Represented in the Imperial Council. Albania is currently in flux. Wilhelm of Wied fled the country prior to the PoD and while Albania remains officially under his rule, this period of time is marked by political infighting between various factions in the country, especially since the CPs can't be bothered to intervene right after the war. It may end up a republic as OTL or some other faction may come out on top, especially considering that Austria and/or Bulgaria may intervene if an anti-CP faction seems to be winnning.

West-Central Europe is the most appropriate term since 'Western Europe' includes the Iberian peninsula and Great Britain and Ireland, 'Central Europe' has equally as pliable border definitions but West-Central is jussst right

France, sure, but that country is shown merely for its losses to Germany, and the Low Countries are certainly within the realm of Mitteleuropa as German thinkers contemplated the notion.
