Giant Nazi Flying Submarine Battleships (or Tanks)

I remember reading about a gigantic 'worm like' digger that was supposed to dig a tunnel under the Maginot-line.

Or then I just made that up.

Wasn't that supposed to be the basis of the Nazi's "Groundhog", the tunnel under the English Channel?:p (it was supplemented, of course, by the Sealions with lasers)

The Russians actually designed an submerging aircraft behind Stalins back and it was designed to attack ships in port flying over mines ect.

I guess if it flies it can beat this:

Now that is what I had in mind when I started this thread. Not some mickey mouse I-400 or Surcouf. Are you sure it can't fly?

Well, the stern is so far away as to be out of sight, so I don't see why we shouldn't assume that there are rocket motors somewhere along the thing.

We can probably put an aerodrome on top of that mile high tower as well (Like the french were planning), to give its aircraft an extra altitude boost so that we can have a flying submersible land aircraft carrying tower.

And just to prove that the Nazi's weren't the only ones with insane aircraft designers. A double B-24.
