Escaping by air in the environment of absolute Allied air superiority may be tried, but unlikely to succeed. The problem was not only flight, but radio communications (routinely decoded by Allies) and landing. Therefore, to have a decent probability of "success", the Hitler should have escaped before Soviet encirclement of Berlin was complete.
See Leon Degrelle escape to Spain though. On other side Degrelle had some luck on his side through whole war and afterwards.

Yeah I know this is borderline ASB but how about getting Mr H out of town in a two seater rocket plane, something like the Komet?

The problem the forces defending Berlin has no fancy rocket planes (and actually no aircraft at all). All they have is thoroughly bombed out and shelled airfield, which has some surviving segments of runway allowing landing or takeoff of lightest STOL airplanes like Fi-156. Before 20 April, possibilities are more numerous, but on the other hand the travel by land is also possible.

The RAF targeted the Blohm & Voss BV 238 because it was concerned Hitler would use the giant flying boat to escape. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blohm_&_Voss_BV_238#Destruction

So, prior to April 20, 1945, Hitler, Braun, The Gobbels family, and other choice Nazis get to Schaalsee where the Blohm & Voss BV 238 is waiting.

With an overall lightened load, plus fuel tanks loaded inside the cargo bay (like these B-29s below), a range of over 8,000 km is possible.

First flight is to Fascist Spain's Canary islands for refuel. Then, it's 9,590 kms from Canary Islands to the Nazi lair at Nahuel Huapi Lake, near Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina. http://gizmodo.com/5860250/hitlers-secret-argentine-sanctuary-is-for-sale

So, we'll need find some discrete sympathizers to refuel somewhere on the Brazilian coast. Unless a Milchcow submarine is available http://www.feldgrau.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=35242 But now we're involving too many people who may talk after the war.
I like it. In fact I may borrow it.
Witnesses wouldn't be a problem, a few suicidal SS fanatics to clean up the landing sites.

Also Brazil had plenty of fascist sympathisers of it's own. Plus you could blend in the 1935-7 Schulz-Kampfhenke expedition, the flights of the Graf Zeppelin over the Amazon, the Guyana Project, the US WW2 panic over "German monks" and secret airbases, the mysterious disappearance of Percy Fawcett (and his psychic idol), the alleged extra-terrestrial links of Brasilia, the Lost City of Z, Ian Fleming's big brother, the Antarctic Space Nazis, strange Amazonian wildlife (including "ape men"), the 13AUG1930 Rio Curacá "asteroid" impact, alleged U-boats seen in the Amazon etc cetera.

But I fear I may have said too much...

A lightly-loaded flying boat could take off from some of the lakes near Berlin. Fly on a larger lake. Refuel, then head out across the Atlantic Ocean.

OTL during Berlin Airlift, RAF Sunderland flying boats delivered supplies - by the ton - to lakes within the besieged city. Sunderlands were especially popular for hauling salt because they were among the few RAF airplane painted inside with corrosion-prevention primer.

I did not book mark it, but one keyboard warrior put up a massive thread describing precisely how Hitler actually did escape to Argentina. It if nothing else was a index to multitudes of 'Hitler Survived' literature and refutations. Among other things Canaris's arrest & murder was cover up of his role in preparing the way during Canaris 1943 visit to Spain.
