Get a Clue !!!

Before the Battle of Shiloh there were indications of a Confederate attack. Grant preoccupied with his plans for an attack disregarded them What if he had paid attention and had his troops prepare for the attack. When the Confederates charge out of the woods, they do not surprise the Yankees. They are met with a barrage of rifle and cannon fire. After reinforcements arrive, Grant orders a counter attack that destroys the Rebel forces. After the victory at Shiloh, The conquest of Vicksburg becomes the Union priority. On October 21, 1862, Grants forces have surrounded Vicksburg and the siege begins. On Christmas Day 1862, Vicksburg surrendered. Most of the troops were then sent to Tennessee. On April 25, 1863, Grant led his forces to victory at Chattanooga. After Meade failed to follow up on his victory at Gettysburg, the disappointed Lincoln promoted Grant to commanding general of the Union Army. He began planning an invasion of Virginia, which began in September 1863. The invasion turned out to be a long bloody statement, that tested the patience of the Northern public. The news of the fall of Atlanta on February 2, 1864 lifted the public's sports. When Sherman's March to the Sea resulted in the conquest of Savannah on May 21, 1864, Northern optimism grew. Public support for the war and Lincoln grew further with Sherman's invasion of South Carolina in July 1864 and his march through North Carolina in September 1864. As Sherman entered Southern Virginia in early October 1864, Lee saw no other option but surrender. He surrendered to Grant on October 11, 1864. The next month Lincoln won a landslide reelection with 6! % of the popular vote. He also carried every state except Kentucky. After that I don't know what happens. I am assuming that Booth can still get to Lincoln. Anyone else have any ideas?
