Germany's allies in a Nazi Victory TL?

What would've become of Germany's allies in the event of a Nazi victory in the east? Specifically, what would become of the Central European states (Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia & Croatia) afterwards? I find the last three particularly interesting, as they are made up of Slavic peoples.

I'm assuming Italy gets to keep its empire, and Finland may get some spoils from the U.S.S.R. (Although I doubt they'd get the entire Kola peninsula as some Nazi victory maps/TLs seem to suggest).

Feel free to decide how the U.S.S.R. was defeated if you must, but I'd appreciate it if we could avoid "The U.S. gets the bomb in 1945 and nukes Germany to Hell", because that's no fun.

The Ustashe and Nazis had already come up with some drek about how the Croats were really Goths and it was Serbs and Slovenes and Bosniaks what were the Slavs. Croatia and former Serbia/Bosnia is going to remain an abattoir that sickens even the SS until they run out of Gypsies, Jews, and Orthodox to kill.

Slovaks probably get deported to Hungary long-term to serve as serfs to the Magyars. German colonists eat up what's left.

Bulgaria sucks up chunks of Serbia and its gets its Aegean coast back. Romania is given the same autonomy the Soviets afforded it IOTL so long as they keep that sweet oil a-flowin'.

Aside from Romania, none of the other Balkan and central European countries stand to gain any territory at the expense of the Soviet Union, they were in the ‘crusade against communism’ to curry favour with their German overlords, the Italians, Vichy French and Spanish sent troops for the same reason.

Spain will probably have de jure sovereignty over Gibralter, and Franco will be allowed to parade his soldiers through the territory and raise the Spanish flag in triumph, however, you can bet the Kreigsmarine will take over the former Royal Navy Dockyard - Gibralter is too important to be completely handed over.

IOTL there were some wars where the governments of both sides were Communist. Which Fascist governments would be most likely to go to war against one another?

Well, it could be argued that a fascist vs. fascist war has already happened. Metaxas's Greece was at least semi-fascist. I believe the Greeks even used the stiff-arm salute. Metaxas's fascism didn't prevent Italy and Germany from attacking Greece. Nor did it prevent Metaxas from resisting this invasion with all his might.

Germany might attack Spain if it says no too alliance after Axis victory. Italy might attack the Vichy Regime after axis victory.

No. Hitler will give Mussolini what he want, which is Corsica, Tunisia, Nice and Savoie. Then the Vuchy regime will get back a lion share of France, due to the Nazis not being able to occupy endless of territory and want to focus on the East. Franco would ally with Hitler if Germany won, and get de jure jurisdiction over Gibraltar (while the Germans takes over the British bases there).

I am curious about one thing. Portugal. I'm probably reaching pretty damn far, but if the Axis won and Spain joined up . . . Beyond Gibraltar, what are the odds Franco eventually tries to roll over Portugal to "unify" Iberia?

The regime in Greece was not fascist, it was a paternalist-authoritarian state. Metaxas was a dictator, not a Leader. Parades, uniforms and salutes does not a fascism make. His admiration for Hitler and Mussolini was far from uncommon among right-wing politicos of the Interwar period.
