This is something I have been pondering for a while.
What if Germany rejected the Treaty of Versailles? It was a majorly one sided treaty, and the Allies were not particularly united at that point, France desperate for revenge, and the UK for cash. Both Italy and Japan were "ripped off", so to speak. Japan was to remain "inferior" to the Europeans, Italy was to barely get any land, and America was almost ignored entirely.
I had also heard that Italy wanted Germany to reject the treaty, and that Japan didn't agree. America didn't approve of the Blockade much, either.
If anything, it almost seemed like if WWI continued, it would have suddenly put Germany on the morale high ground, having them fight for their own existence, rather than a humiliating and dangerous treaty like Versailles.
I think that Italy would have dropped out of the war, and America would have left due to public outcry. What do you think?
