Germany and the Soviet Union vs the rest of the world

Let's imagine a scenario that is pretty much as the title says, Germany and the Soviet Union vs almost everybody else. After the Chinese United Front splits, the Soviets back Mao instead of Chiang. Later on, Gregor Strasser comes to power somehow in Germany. Upon assuming power he immediately nationalizes all foreign businesses without compensation, drawing the wrath of the United Kingdom and the United States. He also withdraws all aid to the KMT. With the KMT having no foreign backers and the CCP receiving support from the Soviets, the KMT begins losing the war until Chiang is desperate enough to ask the Japanese for help. The Japanese provide assistance against the Communists and in exchange the KMT has to recognize Mengjiang and Manchukuo. Japan and the KMT begin pushing back against the Communists, leading Stalin to increase support of the CCP. Meanwhile, Strasser forms an alliance with the USSR - this prevents the France-USSR treaty and USSR-Czechoslovakia treaty. The USSR-Germany alliance causes France and the UK to increase their military spending and try to get the rest of Europe onto their side. Czechoslovakia is strong-armed into giving territorial concessions to Poland and Hungary in order to satisfy the two countries. France refuses to end its occupation of the Rhineland until 1935, and doesn't allow Saarland to have a referendum. The Second Italian-Ethiopian War never happens. Strasser begins calling for the unification of all lands with Germans back to Germany, and Stalin calls for the return of all land formerly owned by the Russian Empire or inhabited by East Slavs. Tensions build up between the "Unholy Alliance" of Germany and the USSR and the "New Entente" of France, UK, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Belgium, and Romania. Eventually, WW2 starts sometime between 1938 and 1940, with Strasserists in Austria attempting to overthrow the government and Germany invading in support. German troops launch a dash to the border with France (Rhineland wasn't demilitarized yet) and the Soviets launch and all out invasion of Central-East Europe, Iran, Syria, Afghanistan, and the Raj. As the war in China escalates, it effectively merges with the war in Europe to become one big war. Eventually, fear of the Unholy Alliance begins to outweigh isolationist feelings in America, and the USA joins the New Entente. Other countries in Europe and the Near East are also forced to pick a side, with most if not all choosing the New Entente. How plausible is this scenario, and who would win?

I had one such scenario I've been slowly hammering out...

First off, for Germany.

Hitler dies or is somehow incapacitated. No if, whats or buts, Hitler must be removed. Adolf Hitler was the heart of the Nazi Party. Without him, shit falls apart at once.

Now, while one could make his death at the Putsch, I had the thought it can occur later, at a point shortly before the Bamberg Conference. The idea being this. By the time of Hitler's death, there's a solidly Hitlerite faction, and a solidly Strasserite faction, with ole toothbrush moustache's death being the finishing blow that destroys the unity of the Party. Otto, Gregor, Rohm, Goebbles, Ehrhardt, and Stennes form their own faction, while the "Munich Clique" stay in their own Hitlerite camp, perhaps growing increasingly more influenced by either Goering's militarism or Himmler's racial mysticism.

As this happens, in Prussia and Saxony, the Old Social Democratic Party of Saxony, lead by Ernst Niekisch and the National Bolshevik tendency of the KPD exiles, Heinrich Laufenberg and Fritz Wolffheim, plus the leader of the German Youth, Karl Otto Paetel, slowly coalesce into the OG NazBol Gang. This synthesis of Radical Nationalism and Revolutionary Socialism/Bolshevism attracts plenty dissillusioned youths. Furthermore, as the years go by, the desperation of the Communists leads to Thallman to adopt a Nationalistic rhetoric to attract nationalist elements to bolster their ranks.

One idea I had was that as the 20's go by, the Strasserist NSDAP starts shifying more and more to the left, with Otto pushing a particularly radical "beeksteak" (brown on the outside, Red on the inside) variant. This leads to them establishing contact with the NazBols, to which they form a tense, but gradually tightening alliance of convenience with them, eventually leading to cooperation with the KPD.

This Red-Brown Alliance will most likely lead to a civil war, however. The Military and the Hitlerites (Plus other reactionaries and the Industrialists) won't take kindly to Germany going Red-Brown. Iy's possible, however, to get Gregor Strasser to present a more moderate voice on the NSDAP and convince the German government to join with them, tricking them into handing them the power to stage a coup and give the Junkers the kulak treatment.

Secondly, in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics... Stalin and Trotsky are nutcases. One a paranoid maniac. The other a fanatic of the highest caliber.

We need to find a way to contain either of them, we may get a USSR willing to tackle issues with the Germans and establish an alliance of convenience.

Kamenev, Zinoiev, Bukharin and other Bolsheviks could string the two into position of only relative power where the entire Party, or at least a moderately sized clique, are able to do things at least slightly better. Industrialization is still coming. And the famine may still happen, even if in a lesser manner.

Thing is, both nations are now syrrounded by hostiles. So no choice but to team up.

A potential idea for this is that the Chinese and Spanish Civil war serve as flashpoints. Some elements of the Falange and the Left-KMT could end up siding with the Republic and the Communists respectively, making a far more solid Anti-Capitalist block, which may add at least two sorta allies for these two.

...
(... how often ...)
This - if at all - would fit OTTO Strasser only but NOT Gregoe Strasser.

So ... pls ... then try to find some ASB to bring Otto Strasser into power.

The Strasser Brothers, despite frequently being referred to as the “left-wing” of the early Nazi Party, were vehemently anti-communists and often wrapped their more “socialist” politics around the language of Germanic racial supremacy and anti-Jewish and anti-Slavic racism. There’s no way I could seriously see them forming a lasting alliance with the Soviets.
