Now, lets say the German Empire decided about 1900 that they wanted to import more white people into South West Africa in hopes of "civilizing" it.
If though a combination of land grants, payouts and offers of safety they get 150,000 Boers to settle into South West Africa, how would they get along with the local populace or German government?
I'm not that interested in weither or not the Germans would do it, just what would occur.
