Germanization of Austria

In this thread, I want to bring the possibility of Germanization of Austria's non-German Catholic subjects (Czech, Slovak, Slovene, Hungarian, Croat, Italian...). The PoD is 1739, after losing Serbia but before getting Podolia...

An early PoD that leads to at least 51% German speaking population of Austria as their primary language by 1815 (minus Galicia and Lombardy-Venice).

Is this within the reach of possibilities?

I think Cieszyn would be the exception in that since it is Polish but Czechia and Slovakia is easily doable.

Should be possible.
France began centralizing the language under Ludwig XIV (17th century) and did it very successfully.

With the right incentives, the right school system it should work for Bohemia certainly. I'd guess it also works for Slovenes. Maybe Slovaks and Croats.
Not so sure about Hungary though. My first instinct would say no, but then again ... I dont know if it was only the magnates that were a pain in the ass of the austrians or also the "normal folk" ... thats were you'd need to put your weight I think.
Long term it is more important which language the common folk is speaking (quantity) over that of the elite.
