German sphere of influence in a tripartite cold war

If there is no Italian colonies in Africa, Could Nasser fall into a German Sphere ?

I doubt that the USA and GB would allow that. Every Egyptian leader who makes serious overtures to the Nazis will probably experience a fatal and sudden case of lead poisoning...

I doubt that the UK would officially accept a German Europe especially with American support

Is that American support to the extent of a "blank check" though? Europe is still a market, after all, and the cost of the war going hot could be more than Washington is willing to take: particularly if it leads to the Reds stepping in to sweep up all the marbles American and British blood and treasure is being spent to pry from the Nazi grasp. More subtle undermining/support of opposition elements in the classical Cold War fashion would probably be seen as far more cost-effective and less likely to result in a Communist turnover.

It makes sense that all sides would avoid initiating a major conflict to avoid allowing which ever side that isnt targetted to reap the benefits. Thus preventing a Operartion Barbarossa or Soviet parallel, as well as preventing any form of D-day landing that starts a war in the west.

Why would America care about a Communist takeover compared to the Nazis?

One isen't nessicerily better than the other, but if you're the one paying the price to instigate the change (IE backing Britain in fighting a long, bloody, and expensive "hot war" and invasion of the Continent, as suggested), you expect to be the ones getting the benefit rather than allowing the third side to reap all the profits. It'd be the same reason they woulden't attempt a "Blue Dawn" scenario to invade the Soviets, only to open up the route for Barbarossa Part II: Electric Boogaloo and allowing their other rival to swallow up the profitable parts of the USSR at essentially no cost.

Sure, America is going to back Britain, but that dosen't mean they'll do anything and everything the most militant voices in London desire.

Wouldn't American Forces in Britain be a large blank check in the defense of the British isles and a resistant in restarting the war .
There also the issues of Free and Vichy France,Italian colonies in Africa now occupied by the allies and the various governments in exile in Britain which would affected a peace treaty between the allies and the axis.

You don't officially have to be at peace to trade like Japan and Russia or the far more hostile North and South Korea

Yet he did so with the Soviet Union.

Would a Germany rapprochement with the PRC be possible if something like the Sino-Soviet split happens. Given the PRC issues with the Soviet Union over leadership and the Border disputes along with the United States over Taiwan and south east Asia.
