German occupation plans for Britain?

I'm pondering an AH story set in Britain after it's been (handwavium dose) occupied by the Reich. I'm trying to find any official plans the Germans had as far as that goes - stuff more detailed and less well known than he Gestapo arrest list or the notion of mass deportations of English men to continental labor service. I found a book that has the official regulations of the occupying army (written in 1941!) and there's a fleeting mention of six planned SS police zones in Hitler's War Aims (the HQ cities of the zones are listed, but not the extent of the individual territories; Dublin as one of the zone HQs is certainly suggestive, though). Aside from that, though, I can't find much.

The infamous Black Book https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Black_Book is actually a supplement to another publication https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Informationsheft_Grossbritannien
Now if you can find a copy of Walter Schellenberg's book on the subject (Schellenberg, Walter (2000). Invasion 1940. London & New York: St.Ermin's Press & Little, Brown ISBN:978-0953615131) it might be useful.

(An interesting side note, My sister's mother in law once met a German Educator at a teaching conference and whilst discussing their backgrounds in the profession his detailed knowledge of Glasgow's Jewish Quarter, yes it actually has one, came up. He seemed to know a disturbing amount about the area!?)

That book - picked it up in London last time I was over there - is just the Black Book and Informationsheft combined into one volume; aside from the arrest list, it's almost entirely a sourcebook on conditions in Britain instead of Nazi plans for the UK if they ever occupied it. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

It is as if even they didn't really believe they could do it. Seriously, even marching all the way to India might be easier to achieve.

There is a small novel in German, that depicts the situation after a succesful german landing in england 1940. Fight of the resistance against SD and SS.

The occupation would make an interesting setting for Vatican vampire hunters. :)

The basics for Britain would probably be the same as other occupied countries. Looting of art treasures, gold, industrial machinery etc. Any RN vessels in port or in the yards would no doubt be taken over. Naturally there would be gradual ghettoization and eventual deportation to death camps for Jews, the Travelers/Gypsies would meet the same fate. Whether or not there would be death camps, as opposed to concentration camps for political opponents etc in Britain is a toss up as transporting those to be exterminated all the way to Poland would be quite resource intensive. Naturally there was the Black Book, I wonder if there was a "White Book" somewhere with a list of those who would collaborate with the Nazis.

A lot depends on whether the UK surrenders or Churchill or successors as well as the Royal Family leave and carry on in exile. Those governments in exile will have the choice of throwing in the towel and returning home or going to yet another country or a colonial possession to continue from there (ex: Dutch going to a Caribbean island). No matter what, life is going to be grim for the average Briton, and not good at all for those selected for labor service.

Considering that Brits were still considered Aryan, how bad would conditions be for the population and laborers?

You might also read "SS-GB" by Len Deighton (which is about a British policeman working during a Nazi occupation) and watch "It Happened Here". The last is a film made in 1964 using real German vehicles (e.g. a Jadgpanther) that shows life in a 1944 German occupied Britain until the Americans arrive to liberate the country. It's now available on Youtube
. there is also the documentary "Hitler's Britain"
and the associated TV series "When Hitler Invaded Britain"
