The Versailles treaty limmitations would still be in place, I assume, so the Panzerschiffe of the Deutschland Class would still be more or less as OTL. Possiboy the Scharnhorst class Battleship would also be as OTL, as it was a logical development of the Original Panzerschiffe on paper, though technically an entirely different kind of animal. (Based on Mackensen, rather than Bayern, or the Panzerschiffe in most aspects.) Bismarck class would likely benefit from the G-3 and N-3 type, due to not be rerstricted to the Washington size limmitations of 35,000 tons. These could be outright started as larger ships with bigger guns, such as the 16.5 inch gun started with the L-20 type design of 1918. Therefor the Kriegsmarine could tehorecitally have four battleships on stock and in service with more different potential than in the OTL where the differences between Scharnhorst and Bismarck class were still large, though mostly based on their different armament, as their armorprotection was more equal and the difference in size not that huge. (More or less around the 10,000 ton difference, rather than a 25,000 - 30,000 ton difference when escalating was allowed)
