German mobilization happen first in July 1914

what if German mobilization happen first in 23 July 1914,
in Sean Mcmeekin book July 1914 countdown to war chapter 15
say that Russia began mobilization of 1,1 million soldier in 25 july 1914
and that french and Belgium mobilization happen before German mobilization in 1aug 1914,

that can lead to German head-start of 7 to 10 days against Russia,

so that first battle of Marne and battle of Tannenberg end in same day

german get 1 to 2 day less delay in Belgium and BEF will not on time for battle of mons

What kind of deployment aka war-plan do you assume here ?

Going west first - as OTL - or going east first, as disussed in this formidable thread ? .. if you're aiming at the latter => no first battle of the Marn at all, no Tannenberg as OTL, a (mostly) completly different WW I.
