German Empire formed sooner

Prussia pushes France into a war the second they notice a decline in France's power. After the Napoleonic Wars but before the actual Franco-Prussian war. Using the act of revenge as a way to gather the other Germanic nations to rally together creating the North German Federation. The war goes around the same way the Franco-Prussian War does in our history with heavier losses due to the technological gap between the timelines. France is forced to agree to the same deal. Now forms the German Empire or Second Reich (whichever you want to call it). How would this have affected the world?

Was not that much the war with france but the natural evolution of nationalist and how prussia become the one to fill the void for a united germany. a way for early german empire would be early revolutions in france and when 1848 they try to attack germany and make all germany rallied among the united flag, that would endure either klein or gross deutchland depending what the hasburg do and react to it.

Peacefully would be 1848 goes naturally and maybe all side accept a united germany(either klein or gross depend of both hohenzollern and habsburgs)
