German Anti-Nazi Resistance Without "Unconditional Surrender" Demand?

If the Allies had not publicly demanded the "unconditional surrender" of Germany, but merely the removal of the Nazi Party and its leadership (i.e. similar to the declaration of the coalition against Napoleon in 1815), how would this have affected the German anti-Nazi resistance?
