Is there any PODs to allow germany to keep air supermancy in WW2 over Europe up to 1944 or later.
Also post any threds that have a simalar idea for me to see.
Thanks.

The BoB was a no-win scenario really, at least the way it was fought OTL. Could night-attacks on the British fields have done any good do you think?

To gain air supremecy I have a feeling you would have to knock out the Brits which in turn would prevent the U.S. from entering the war. Either that or you would have to go back and seriously up the production figures starting back in the late 1930's.

Though its not a guarantee by any means, having Walter Wever not have his accident in 1936 is the best option. It would mean a host of other changes, or rather preventing changes, the the structure and leadership of the Luftwaffe that would likely save it from the worst blunders in leadership and production. So by 1944, with major butterflies, the Luftwaffe would be a very different animal and more dangerous. Of course with the US, British, and USSR all fighting Germany at once its just a matter of time until Germany loses, but they will put up a harder fight especially in 1944.

Keep Hitler from demanding the Me-262 be redesigned as a fighter bomber and the Germans have the aerial trump card as early as 1942. The question is how long they could hold it, once the Allies catch up technologically.

That didn't happen like that. The Me262 was delayed by its engine not being ready until 1944, so the redesign into fighterbomber had nothing to do with the delay.

Individual pieces of equipment have very, very rarely changed the course of whole wars, particularly ones where the situation is 'we've got an amazing thing, but they have 10 pretty good things for every 1 of these amazing things'.

If Goering refuses to commit his planes to both the Battle of Britain and Operation Barbarossa, then yes.

Goering will probably have to defer bombing England during the BoB and just attack the Airbases and the Radar installations near the British Coastline so as to harass and continue to threaten England with the supposed planned invasion...

Goering would have to get more industrial buildup of airframes and pilots to prepare for Operation Barbarossa......

If somehow Germany can avoid the need to invade Yugoslavia and Greece....

They can probably save the Ju-52s getting decimated over Crete...

Thus giving the Transport Corps of the Luftwaffe with more aircraft available among with the pilots and keep that German Airborne Division relatively intact for Ops Barbarossa....

meh.
