Geneva Protocol and assorted European Common Defense Policy PoDs

Bright day
In the opening decade of the interwar period the UK has tried to again work the concert of great powers, several times sinking French proposals for common defense policies. What is needed to beat some semblence of sense into British leadership and what effects could it have?

I know it has only been seven hours and all... I just want you to know that you ask me what I am blabling about.

The only Geneva Protocol I know of dealt with chemical weapons.

Fifth congress (or whatever it is called in English) of LoN, autumn 1924, "protocol of peacefull handling of international disputes" ( I am retranslating, so it will sound differently in original). It established war as "international crime" and three guarantees of peace- arbitrage, collective security, disarment. OTL the UK was its biggest critic and instead preferred things like Locarno at the expense of collective security.

Implications:

1) The French governments have shown some work and results- more stable France?

2) The LoN has a basis for peace-keeping. What does this means for Italy and other beligerents?

3) Are we keeping Little Entente together?

4) Will Poland seek reconciliation with Germany of its own now that there is collective security?
