Mixing those would give you a GTA shooter with stealth elements and political parts wouldent it?

Something similiar, though more emphasis on the First Persion and the political parts than stealth and shooter. Think making allies, making money, dealing damage to the regime's serious allies in the original town through political, economic and social means more than pulling out a gun or stabbing a thug. Building a militia to deal with the various branches that will oppose you (basically a role similiar to the mercs you can hire in AC2), and outfitting them and maintaining them...
