fun with the HRE

Challenge to make a HRE that includes the main constituant kingdoms of Prussia, Austria Hungry, Italy, Vatican City, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Great Britain. (Luxembourg and Lichtenstein is included as well)

You wouldn't be able to have the Vatican City be a part of that without the ruler being the Pope, right?

it could be an autonomous kingdom under the protection of the rest of the empire.. kind of a federal city and stuff. plus the pope needs to give his blessings for coronations and the such.. plus i needed another crest to throw on the flag to balance it out and i didn't want France or at least i didn't want all of it.

BTW .. i would choose to have the Federated capitol be Strasbourg or Achen personally

I suppose you are aware of the fact that quite some of the armor coats inside are incompatible with existence of a HRE ...

yeah i was being lazy with some of my research.. but then again it depends on when some people join the empire.. if they all join at later dates then maybe not

they were all interbred anyhoo (European royalty.. Family reunions - its how we speed date...)


but yeah if everyone joined early on then that would pose many an issue with the coats.

If they all join later then there is an interval where the HRE does not exist, or at least doesn't have any territory ...

Well you could have Prussia and Austria be the primary first members.. Denmark then the low countries join.. Poland, the Baltics are assimilated through war. france is knocked out in war. England joins in personal union
Italy joins the fold after wars with the new western empire and the HRE fight for control of italy. have the papal split last longer, so that the vatican does not trust france... i think i have myself confused
