Fritz Todt live longer, makes this any change in WW2?

Fritz Todt was was a German engineer and senior Nazi figure, the founder of Organisation Todt.
builder of West Wall or Wolfschanze Bunkercomplex

he die in a aircraft crash on 8 February 1942.
but wat if he not die, will have this any change in WW2 or he just be executed after Nuremberg Trials ?

Considering Speer wasn't executed nor was Krupp, I don't think Todt would have been either.

Affects on the German war economy are hard to figure. Speer was successfully able to cancel some of the more wasteful super weapons projects (but not all as we all know). The Reich transferred over to full war economy under his leadership... but this was after Stalingrad, where such things might have happened anyway

Speer does have some negatives... the biggest being his preference for quantity over quality which lead to things like keeping the panzer III in production long after it was even partially useful in combat, and producing ME-109F's in large numbers when not only where there not enough pilots to fly them, but they where totally outclassed by the newer generations of western and Russian aircraft

the irony of the History
on day of his death Todt visit the Führer at Wolfschanze and had heavy dispute with Hitler,
because Todt declare his opinion: the Third Reich cannot win the war!

About quality vs. quantity issues.

I don't know whats better for them. If they focus on "German quality" only, they will be even more outnumbered in sky and on ground than OTL.

I doubt that the wartime German economy would have been as productive. Speer, because of his personal relationship with Hitler, consolidated an awful lot of power over the economy during his ministry, poaching turf from such figures as Goering and Himmler. I'm not so sure anyone else could have pulled that off.

An interesting question is what would have happened at the end of the war. Speer's subversion of Hitler's scorched earth orders spared a number of lives and left a basis for rebuilding the German economy. Post-war Germany was pretty ugly after the war, but had Hitler's orders been carried out, it might have been much worse, perhaps sufficiently so that the Wirtschaftswunder never takes place.

there specualtion that Herman Göring arrange the Aircraft crash to get rid of Todt and take over his place.
an interesting turn: Todt stay alive and Third Reich go bankrupt druring wartime...

On the NERO orders that depends on how fanatic Todt was: a realist like Speer or devoted like Goebbles ?
in last case the two Germanys becomes agriculture Countrys

How does the Third Reich go bankrupt during the war?

It has all of western Europe and most of eastern Europe to loot

That is a finite amount of gold, most which can't do anything but sit in Swiss banks, and fighting war against the rest of the world is a bit pricey.

In aircraft, quality would have been a better choice, given the very finate German pilot pool, and the calous refusal to increase the rate at which new pilots where generated, or to rotate aces home for tours as instructors

In tanks the same argument can be made.... the last few runs of panzer III's accomplished nothing and could have instead generated panzer 4's with the long 75mm gun which was at least semi competitive aginst the russians even if in smaller numbers

All Tigers, Tiger IIs, Jagdtigers and friends took quite a chunk of resources to develop and produce. Even Panther was too expensive for when it was needed and what was it needed to accomplish.

About excess PzIIIs... well they could at least become StuGIIIs.
