French Succession question

my question is this, if the line of Henry IV died out (ether Henry IV dies before he has heirs, or the measles kills 3 more people then it did in OTL in 1712) who is King of France and who is King of Navarre? is it the same person? or Different?

It depends. If we take the first POD (Henry dieing without heirs, but after becoming king of France) then his sister Catherine becomes Queen of Navarre, while Henry II, prince de Condé, becomes king of France.

Who are the other three people you said that could be killed by measles in 1712? Anyway, in 1620 the kingdom of Navarre was merged into the kingdom of France, and so the new king of France would also be the king of Navarre.

the people in question would be Louis, Duke of Anjou who was 2 and had the measles but some how lived to become Louis XV, his great-uncle Philippe II, Duke of Orléans and Philippe II's 9 year old son Louis d'Orléans, a quick day trip by those two by those two to see Louis Dauphin of France and his Marie-Adélaïde of Savoy and there are no heirs left (other then Philip V but thats a no go)

Well, then, if you don't count Philip V of Spain and his issue, then the nearest heir would be Louis III de Bourbon-Condé.

Edit: Sorry, he was already dead in 1712. It would be his son, Louis Henri I de Bourbon-Condé.

i'm not counting Philip V because if tries to become King of France and Spain all of Europe will rise to stop him, if he gives up the Crown of Spain for the Crown of France that leaves France with Habsburgs on all sides maybe even a united Habsburg empire
