if the french or oil speakers creates a francophone enclave in spain that participates in the reconquista like Occitans/Catalans did how would it affect the reconquista in general and the iberoromance languages
Where do you suggest putting them?
It's unlikely to happen (bordering on ASB) as Kingdoms and territories in the Middle Ages were defined by who they were vassals of rather than language.
It's only in the 1400s as populations recover from the Black Death that language=nation started to come about.
In Pamplona and Modern Day Gascony,Catalans don't penetrate west of Garona river but the Oil Speakers do.
It will result in a portuguese that has more Oil influence than OTL.So instead of Gascon being a Basque-influence Langue d'Oc it's a Basque-influenced Langue d'Oil?
All other things being equal this still won't influence the Reconquista but will likely reduce the survivability of Occitan.
In order to get an Oil language as part of the Reconquista its speakers need political access to Iberia beyond the Navarran areas.
I'd suggest you have some Normans conquer Lisbon and give it a large influx of Normans and allied French settlers. They can then take the role that Portugal did and extend their dialect among the Mozarabic Romance speakers.
You may find this chart useful as it shows the Romance languages in approximate geographical relation.
