French Emigration during French Revolutionary Wars/Nap. Wars if Louis XVI escapes

I read that, despite all the turmoil of the French Revolutionary Wars, barely 50,000 French people out of a population of 30,000,000 left France during the Revolutionary Wars. This was disproportionately upper class and many eventually returned home after the Reign of Terror was over.

If Louis XVI had successfully escaped, do you believe he would have encouraged Royalists to depart France in any greater numbers?

For instance, after the failure of the Vendee and Chouan rebellions of the late 18th century, do you think he would have tried to get some Royalists to leave for French Guiana or Caribbean possessions or even to British Quebec, for a sort of Royalist resistance beyond the Army of Conde?

Thanks.

On a separate note, do any actual women use this site or is the online equivalent of that Robot-fighting shows, pretty much dudes only?

There are definitely women here.

And this is relevant otherwise how? Why single them out, much less on a sub forum specifically for history?

Just curious if this entire genre is co-ed. I read the reviews of several Alt History authors and never find a single female name.
