What if Frederick never dares to seize Silesia from Austria, what does that do to the remaining decades of the 18th century.

Could/would the Saxons ever work up the guts to seize Silesia? If they try can they a) conquer it and b) hold it?

I bring this up because, no matter what Frederick did or did not do, others were going to be ready to act against Austria around the same time.

For instance, the Bavarians, with French support, were certainly going to take on Austria.

A map of what might happen with a shy Prussia, Saxony gets a corner of Silesia to touch Poland.
