Franz Joseph doesn’t go for a walk

Franz Joseph caught a cold after going for a walk with the Ludwig III, which proved fatal.

Let’s say he doesn’t go for a walk.

Now, the man is 86 in 1916. He can die relatively easily at that point regardless. But to avoid making my PoD pointless, if Joseph naturally lives to 1926 unless murdered, how does this change history?

Does WWI play out differently? Do the Habsburg's maintain control over anything if they lose here?

He was the embodiment of Habsburg reign, and even if he is bed-ridden and only barely alive by 1918, it might still affect things. The Austro-Hungarian monarchy lost the loyalty of the subjects only when the economy was in shambles and the armies were defeated in the field, and even then it was a gradual process. Then again a change in 1916 could flap the butterflies to every possible direction. Lenin dies to the Spanish Flu, German Spring offensive actually has operational and strategic objectives worth more than 1918 version of Rush B, the Entente powers perform better, someone else than Kerensky rises to the top in Russia...there are a lot of possibilities with this POD.
