France in a British-German-Russian allied world?

Browsing through this site I've seen many threads were a WW1 starts with Britain, Germany, and Russia in a super alliance against France and the other second tier scrubs in Europe. But I just don't think a war will occur in Europe in this scenario, let alone one where France is the aggressor.

So my Question is if by 1900 this super alliance exists, how would the French behave realistically?

Arm to the teeth and then keep very, very quiet. They would also do some major sucking up to the US as their only potential ally that could be of real help to them.

And ottoman Turkey and Italy allied with France?
Wouldn't Italy join the German and Russian side. Since a Russian German alliance means that Germany threw Austria Hungary under the bus. And along with russiabdont the Italians want Austrian lands.

What of Austria-Hungary in this scenario?

Did the British-German-Russian alliance happen before or after France began heavily investing in the Russian economy?

Is the BGR a formal or soft alliance? Is Britain committed to sending troops to the continent, or are they simply favourably disposed to the German-Russian alliance?

Does the Entente Cordiale still happen, or do France and Britain have unresolved colonial issues?

Before, Russia is considerably weaker in this scenario. Since the Germans have only given token investment and he British are well the British, they don't like the Russians but

Soft, Germany is in a formal alliance with Russia and has a separate mutual defence agreement with Britain, specifically aimed at France where Britain joins the a war against the French is they declare war on Germany first, but stays neutral in any other situation, it also has a guaranteed protection for none military shipping through the channel if a they are in a war with France and Britain is neutral (which is an easy casus belli for Britain to enter the war if they want).

No, both France and Britain resolved their colonial dispute similarly to the Cordiale, with France giving a minor concession in Vanuatu which became a British protectorate rather than a condominium with France.

Minding their own business, they've become neutral and are dealing with some unrest. Germany basically threw them under a bus and supported the Russians in the Balkans, but in their alliance it was made pretty clear that they will both support a unified AH against any internal rebellion.

Ok... and Britain is tolerating Russian expansion towards the Straits why exactly? Not only tolerating it but siding with the power actively supporting it. Unless France is MUCH more powerful here than in our timeline, this is against one of their longer standing geopolitical priorities of control over the routes to India; the real money maker that keeps the Empire profitable. I'm having real trouble seeing how this system works without a clear idea of where France is, which given the rest of the Continent is aligning against them suggests they're the ones currently on the assent and disrupting the status quo
