France fights on affects on Algeria?

Lets say in 1940 France does not surrender but flees to its colonies to fight on with its capital in exile as Algiers. I'm not very knowledgable about ww2 and free France but I am very interested in its affects on Algeria post war

The Tls I've seen about this say that Franco British curb stomping of Italian Libya is highly likely so let's say that happens and French Africa is safe for the remainder of the war.

How many French people would come to Algeria as refugees With the government in exile. How many French troops can feasibly be evacuated there.

Do the French have the ability to use Algeria as a base for industrialisation in order to arm themselves for the next showdown with Germany.

Assuming the rest of the war goes roughly the same (albeit with a boost to the allies) what's the long term affects on Franco Algerian relations and how many of the refugees stay?

This is just a question about Algeria not about the concept of France staying in the war as a whole.

Thanks

As for Algeria - it will be a much happier place after WWII. Basically, living in Algeria and needing even more algerian colonial troops than OTL Free France, the French government in Algiers will have to give much more rights and equality to its colonies. Algeria saved the day, so it is logical some positive bargain happen s in return.
Notably, say goodbye to that infamy https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indigénat
There will no 1945 Setif massacre leading to the 1954-62 bloody war.
Also, algeria will have a far better industry.

Industrialisation (in terms of Secondary Industry) during the war is out of the question, there simply isn't time or existing industrial base.
Improvements in transport and resource extraction infrastructure are a given, ditto the rest of the Empire.
One guess I'd hazard is colonial troops, Including Algerians gaining citizenship on the same terms as Foreign Legionaires
(completion of service or through spilt blood). This would mean that there would be native officers as well eventually.

Independence I think will be more or less inevitable, but it will be a more measured, less bloody process.
Generally speaking, I given how much France owes its colonies in terms of manpower, there won't the organised
and ongoing financial looting of newly independent former colonies. Real industrialisation probably won't happen
until Algeria gains real independence.

Economic relations with the former colonies is another question. It won't be the same as OTL, but I'm not sure
how it would pan out? Free Trade Zone?
