France defeats Prussia, Bonapartist Spain?

Spain chose a member of the House of Savoy for its King before becoming a Republic in 1873-1874 and proceeding to become a monarchy again under Alfonso XII of the House of Bourbon.

If the Second Empire had survived via defeating Prussia, could a Bonaparte have become King of Spain?

Wouldn't a Bonaparte king carry too much historical stigma for the Spaniards to accept?
IMO, Nap III would allow Spain to proceed with a Bourbon king in order to placate the remaining Legitimists in his government.

I think that limiting this scenario only to Spain would be useless. We should answer first how Germany would look like after a war? Because I think that states of North German Confederation would break free, Prussia would lose Saara to France and Silesia/some part of Silesia to Austria. If so, I'll bet that Spanish would choose Habsburg as their king.

Franz Joseph didn't recognize the deposition of Isabella II and refused to meet with Spanish delegates wanting a Habsburg candidate. Both Nappy 3 and FJ supported a Bourbon restoration.

Not unless you want to reopen a Spainish Ulser and have Paris try to prop up a monarch with no legitimacy and instiutional support in Spain proper; a foolish proposal for Nappy who's already dealing with liberal grumbling at home at his dynastic rules. Getting Alfonzo on the throne earlier is possible (Isabella has burnt too many Bridges), but that's going to depend on how the Spainish military/provisional government responds

Would a defeat of the Prussians lead to the re-emergence of Austria back into Germany? Will a now emboldened southern Germany, embarrassed by defeat along side the Prussian led Northern German Confederation, and now concerned over their security to the west from a victorious French Empire, look to Austria for support?
