Fourth Crusade

If the Christians could conquer Egypt, and could establish a Christian Egypt, they d never wait for doing this! But there is no Christian Egypt. It means they couldn't... they couldn't do this in 3th crusade, 5th crusade, 6th crusade, 7th crusade, 8th crusade.... 4th crusade would't be different

The thing was that Makuria was one of the few Christian Nubian kingdoms in a land that was becoming heavily Arabicized and Muslim so they either had to convert to join the flow or get destroyed though I believe that was because of their migrating north that prompted them with that truth.
They were doing well until the Ayyubids and climate and the eastern nomads set on them at once. In 1204 they are far from Arabized and Islamified, and if the Crusaders need a Christian military force and have lands to distribute it might be possible. What you say is true but not till the end of the 13th century at least, not the beginning.

That's if the Crusaders were able to cooperate with the local Christian communities which they did not at least the ones from Europe. The Crusader nobles who established themselves in the Levant were a bit more intelligent when it came to dealing with the local Christians, Jews and Muslims.
