In respect to shows like Family Guy and South Park, and even The Daily Show, I think they'll have a lot of fodder for pardoy during the Cheney years, especially with Cheney's notorious secrecy. What is he hiding? I'm sure a lot of comedians will think of a lot of... interesting answers.
One thing that might really effect the world of entertainment is the writers' strike in 2007. ITTL it might be butterflied away, as it seems like deals between studio execs and the WGA are pretty nebulous and could easily have gone differently given a different setting. With no strike, a lot of good shows which were just starting out would still be on, where in OTL the viewers lost interest during the strike. We would also see fewer reality shows, as a lot sprang up to fill the void in air time during the strike.
And if nothing else, Comedy Central will never air "Lil' Bush" (*shudders*)
