Though to be fair I always just used the "open image in new tab" feature to view them resized to fit the page anyway.
Wow, nice symbol, but are you sure that it's written "Ocquitannia" instead of "Occitania"...? Well, anyway, good job.
I think it might be meant as a mixture of "Occitania" and "Aquitaine"

This is the first time I post a flag in a Challenge, so there it goes.
Free City of Rome was founded when the Allies and Axis were not able to agree upon which Italian state would get Rome. WWII was finished because a failure of Normandy invasion and defeat of SU in summer of 1944. Soutern Italy became Kingdom of Italy with capital in Naples and northen part became Italian Social Republic with capital in Salò. Head of Free City of Rome is Pope, but real power was held by Government and Senate. City itself became world capital of smuggling between Nazi Europe end the rest of the world.

I'd say that's true.
Nice. And for low-vis, you could have just the black ring and the firesteel.
In principle nice design, but I'd remove the text and the banner thing. And if you have a banner with text, don't make it 'glow' if you know what I mean, so plain and without effects, I'd say.
