The flag of Norlund - a Scandanavian country with strong paganist tendencies, although there is a significant
Christian element which has led to the recent addition of the jewelled cross to the national flag. the wyvern is a symbol of strength and power of the rulers, descended from Loki, the Clever God (foriegners mistakenly call him the Trickster God...). Local theology conflates Loki and Christ into one "Son of God", which doesn't go well with Catholic or Orthodox christians to the south...

Oo, very nice. I presume that if I were to fly that flag outside my house, it wouldn't have the little fleurs-de-lis on the borders?

The flag of the Aegyptian Empire from my Great Death TL.
Aegypt is a nation comprising modern Egypt, North Sudan and East Libya.
After the Great Death the new culture that emerged followed a syncretic culture based on Coptic christianity with a few Islamic influences and a mixture of ancient Egyptian neo-pagan beliefs.

The brown represents the desert and Aegypt's ancient past while the Green represents life (plants=life) and the future. The blue cross represents the Nile river while in the center is a coptic cross.
I really like that. My only suggestion would be to match the blues of the nile cross with the squiglies inside the coptic cross.

Only if you were a damned Republican!...

The epee-de-lis is an integral part of the monarchist symbology for Norlund.

Hm, that does look better that way, thanks.

The next one and probably the last one I'll post for the day.
The flag of New Zambia. I warn you now, it is not a normal flag.
New Zambia is a dictatorship ruled by a group of xenophobic, racist quasi-fascists who hate everything from everywhere except Zambia and Southern Africa (with the exception of Angola, who they hate), so the flag is..odd.

The black represents the native black Africans and is one of the colors of the dictatorship for that very reason The green represent the jungles and savanna while the blue represent Victoria falls.
The black forms a version of a 'Zambian Cross', essentially a cross but with a lesser vertical arm on each of the traditional arms.

I really like the alternate cross design. If you don't mind, I've made some changes to highlight it - mkaes it 'pop' off the flag now. But its only a suggestion, do with what you will. Cheers.

EDIT-- I just noticed that I did not "clean up" the cut/paste fringe around the lion; sorry about that.

That's pretty cool interesting, to cool of course for the dictatorship.
I think perhaps it'd make a good flag for the New Zambia Liberation Organization.

Here is the flag of The People's Republic of Colorblind.

Here's the kingdom of England, a Constitutional Monarchy (you didn't specify if this was future GB balkanization, or balkanization instead of historical union. I chose future) Some see the white bands as a portion of a stylized cross, others as the centre of a over-sized 'E'....

For Ireland, I resubmit my celtic cross-on-St. Patrick's-blue from a couple of pages back https://www.alternatehistory.com/discussion/showpost.php?p=2432039&postcount=7

This is a flag I did upon request for a guy.
Obviously I have no intention of ever using it.

Inca Kingdom of Socialist Albania!

Although the Inca were socialist anyway, so you're already halfway there.
