I was very happy with the quality of this weeks submissions, they were exactly what I had in mind when I devised the challenge.
They were all very good, and the universal quality I think is shown by how close the votes were for the general groupings. The first division was flags 1, 8, and 10 all with > ten votes, second division was flags 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, and 11 all with approximately five votes. Even the third division of vote getters, flags 5 and 7, produced fine designs.
