The Majapahit descendants and the outcome of the Irraya revolt
The descendants of the three sons of the ruler of Majapahit Angka Wijaya with Sasaban would expand from the area of Central Luzon to Cagayan Valley which ruled the Kapampangan empire would become prominent part of the nobility of Cagayan Valley and the Pampanga River Regions and would be active participants of the revolts in Luzon and in politics of the Northern half of Luzon in general, the descendants of Lakandula[1] completely would support the Spanish the other principalia like the other Bruneian Clans and the rulers of Kaboloan and would have mostly dipped into the background.

The Irraya revolt would result in the Spanish in having cease fire with them and withdrawing their missions and control from Upper Cagayan the areas of the Irrayas, and Gaddangs giving them their own freedom, the Kin of Pansonum and Sasaban would also enter their own territory and their independence would be the backbone of a later revolution in Luzon. [2]

1. The Lakandula clan are both against the Spanish and for in OTL, in this timeline they are fully supportive of the Spanish, the POD of this timeline is unclear.
2.The Irraya revolt succeeds, they act as the equivalent of the three friars revolt to the Katipunan as a precursor a later revolt.

Malong, Maniago, and Almazan revolt
The Malong, Almazan, and Maniago revolt would be aided by the Irrayas who made cease fire with the Spanish, which would result in them making the territories of the Irrayas as the center of their operations against the Spanish, they made the Irraya and Gaddang area as their own stronghold after they were defeated by the Spanish in 1660, despite the efforts of the Spanish the revolution of Maniago, Almazan, and Maniago would be bloody in the side of the Spanish this would lead to the Spanish fighting a bloody war against them and the threatened invasion of Koxinga would have further complicated the issues with the Spanish and Malong, Almazan, and Maniago would establish a government in Luzon which included most of the Northern half of Luzon except for the coastal areas of Manila bay and the areas near it which the Spanish would have kept control of.

Koxinga’s threat of invasion in 1661 and the rebellion led by Malong, Almazan, and Maniago, would have complicated the Spanish fights in Luzon and Koxinga would conquer Manila and Southern Luzon and transferred the Kingdom of Tungning to Southern Luzon which would have caused the Northern half of Luzon to completely fall into the control of the revolutionary government of Malong, Almazan, and Maniago, on 1668, the Spanish would have ceded its control over lands that are held by the revolt of Malong, Almazan, and Maniago to the Portuguese in the treaty of Lisbon in exchange for the rights over Mollucas, and Celebes, the Portuguese in 1670 would have gotten rid of the government of Malong, Almazan, and Manigo with the help of the tribes in upper Cagayan, such as the Irraya and Gaddangs which allied with the Portuguese, after that they would not be bothered by the Portuguese who would not touch them nor the mountain tribes, and the rest of the tribes aside from the Ilocanos and Isinay would gradually reveal themselves as Crypto Muslims and practice Islam openly while the Mountain tribes would convert to Christianity which would lessen the control of Portugal in Luzon.

The Spanish would later get rid of Tungning in Luzon in 1680 by annexing their lands and taking control of Southern Luzon and annexed parts of Pampanga, Bataan, and Bulacan which was not part of the lands ceded to the Portuguese in the treaty of Lisbon.

Wider Consequences
he Upper Cagayan tribes (including Irraya and Gaddang) population would have increased and would have been left alone by the Spanish after their own victory which would have meant that they would spread further in Luzon.

The Portuguese Acquisition of the Northern Half of Luzon and the victory of the Irrayas would have its own consequences as it would have been the beginning of the end of the Spanish rule in the Philippines and would have created the environment for other revolts to flourish and it would have created the Tagarug ethnicity as well whose core and formation started due to the Irraya revolt succeeding as the Irraya and Gaddang are one of the ancestors of the Tagarug ethnicity and Irraya/Gaddang is a dialect of the Tagarug language, the Irrayas and the Northern Luzon revolt succeeding would have created the climate to allow the Novales revolt against the Spanish to succeed and created the New Country of Selurong in the north of the colony of Filipinas.

The Catholic Diocese of Nueva Segovia would move from Nueva Segovia in Cagayan which was destroyed by the revolt to Vigan after the Crypto Muslims became openly Muslims again in Luzon and those that were forcibly converted to Christianity reverted to Islam, the tribes would remember how they were forcibly converted so they would have a different arrangement with their new colonizers, the Portuguese who would focus on the Christians only which decreased as the Forcibly converted tribes and Crypto Muslims become Christians.

The City of Manila would not be used as capital of the Spanish ruled Filipinas anymore and the Spanish would have shifted its rule to Sugbu.
In the later 18th Century the Ilocanos and Pangalatoks would rise against the Portuguese led by Diogo Silang and Palaris, only to be put down by the Portuguese.

note: I will later detail what happened to the Novales and the Diego Silang revolt.

In this timeline, Japan still has anime/manga in its OTL form but has a government identical to that of China and China is Monarchist, Conservative, and Individualistic and more similar to both Taiwan and Singapore in culture.

Formosa vacated by Tungning
On 1660s after the Tungning had vacated Formosa in favor of Southern Luzon, majority of the Chinese population in Taiwan including the ones that came to Taiwan stayed in Taiwan which would remain anarchic for a time.

The Tungning’s destruction on the hands of the Spanish in the 1680s would have overjoyed the Qing which would have solidified their own rule in China with no opposition and the trade between the Spanish and the Qing would have continued.

After the Spanish conquered Tungning in the 1680s, the Dutch would slowly retake control of Taiwan and forbidden the reproductive customs of the Formosan aborigines in the lowlands and converted the Lowland Aborigines to Calvinism which would benefit them later in the 19th century when their population increased later on and the Dutch would also import Malays and other people from their colonies in the South to Taiwan which would dilute the percentage of the Han Chinese population in the Island.

During this time the Dutch would take control of the Batan Islands in the South of Taiwan which is near to the Portuguese Luzon which is also north of the Babuyan Islands which is part of Portuguese Luzon.

The Dutch regaining Formosa would affect the relationship of the Dutch with the Qing and the later Taiping Dynasty which would trade with the Dutch on Formosa.

American revolution and partition of Canada
On 1778, the American Rebels and the French would decide partition the British colony of Canada wherein the area around the Saint Lawrence River would go to the French while the Americans would get the Great Lakes Region, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland as the French were fighting the British in the revolt to support the Americans.

The French would attack their former colony of Canada in order to regain it from the English and they would regain control of the Saint Lawrence river area and get the support of the Francophones which would help the cause of the American rebels in the American revolution and their expansion east of the American continent in their Manifest Destiny.

In the Treaty of Paris in 1783, the partition of the former colony of Canada among the French and the English would happen along with the Independence of the United States of America although the English would keep their Carribean colonies which would cause the English to switch their own focus to the East in Australia and Oceania.

Diogo Silang
Young Diogo worked as a messenger for a local Portuguese priest. Bright, passionate, and fluent in Portuguese, he ferried correspondence from the Ilocos to the Portuguese; journeys that gave him his first glimpse of colonial injustice and that planted the seed of rebellion.
Inspired uprisings in the farthest north of Ilocos Norte. Though Silang initially wanted to replace Portuguese functionaries in the Ilocos with native-born officials and volunteered to head Ilocano forces on the side of the Portuguese, Portuguese administrators instead transferred their powers to the Catholic Bishop of Nueva Segovia (Vigan), who rejected Silang's offer.
Diogo Silang was killed by one of his friends, named Miguel Vicos, whom church authorities paid to assassinate Silang with the help of Pedro Becbec. He was about 32 years old.

Sultan Kudarat
After the death of Sultan Kudarat on 1671 the power of the Sultanate of Maguindanao would wane in Mindanao and the Spanish would take advantage of the gradual weakening of Maguindao decades after and resecured their rule over Zamboanga and Butuan in the early 18th century and the loss of Northern Luzon would have helped in their earlier recovery of Mindanao.

The Spanish would gradually take over the rest of the coastal areas of Mindanao aside from the Sultanate areas because the Maguindanao Sultanate would gradually weaken and Mindanao lowlands aside from the Sultanate areas would also start to adapt the Spanish culture as well, the reversion would reverse the legacy of Sultan Mohammad Dipatuan Kudarat of the Maguindanao Sultanate.

Solis
Francisco Jose de Obando y Solis would create a decree separating the towns of Obando and Solis on May 14, 1753. the Town of Solis would initially comprise of the estates of Tala and Piedad formerly under the town of Polo, the town of Solis would further expand south after it absorbed the towns of San Francisco del Monte (a former part San Juan Delmonte), Payatas(a former part of San Mateo), and Caloocan during the time of the revolt of Andres Novales, the Diliman Estate was transferred from Marikina to Solis.

The new town of Solis would gradually replace the city of Manila as the center of commerce and culture in the province of Manila in the Spanish colony of the Philippines due to it eclipsing Manila.

Note:
Solis is ITTL equivalent of Quezon City

Sibori Amsterdam
Sibori Amsterdam of Ternate would support the Spanish against the Dutch which would cause the later dissolution of the the Sultanate of Ternate when he swore allegiance to the Spanish which would cause the Sultanate of Ternate to be annexed by Spain after the death of Sibori Amsterdam.

The Spanish would reestablish their ports in Ternate and Northern Sulawesi during the reign of Sibori Amsterdam which would cost the survival of the Muslim Sultanates of Maguindanao and Lanao and the annexation of the Sultanate of Ternate to the Spanish.

The Minahasans and the Sangirese would recognize that their lands are now under the rule of the colonial religion with the same religion as theirs and they would cooperate with the Spanish which would aid the Spanish colonization in their lands and the Spanish would gain a lot of Spices in the Sulawesi and the Maluku Islands which further motivated the Spanish in colonization and they would further flourish under the Spanish.

The Tale of Buguey
In the early 1600s the fiercess of the Irraya or Gaddanes in Cagayan would be known.
In Early 1600s Rouge Muslim Irraya/Gaddanes rebels in the Cagayan River attacked and plundered the town of Buguey in Northern Cagayan and forcibly took the Sta. Barbara bell as their bounty and spoils of war until the boat that carried the bell sank in the bottom of the Cagayan River, the people who witness the mishap shout with joy in Ibanag “Nabugay Ira”. The incident that happened to the Muslims reverberated to the distant areas and the word “Nabugay” became and accepted name of the town of Buguey until it was destroyed until the people reverted to Islam which caused reorganization of the areas.
