For one thing the Carlist Wars are butterflied away. What else happens?

Carlos is a firm believer of the divine right of kings so he's not a person to bring consensus... So will he more decisively screw the 1812 Constitution bringing a stiff stability to the mainland enabling Spain to keep New Spain or more at least during his reign?
