Feodor II Godunov survives

Supposing that Boris Godunov still dies in 1605, what would be necessary to save his son Feodor II of being assassinated and staying as Tsar? And, if he survives, how different could be a Godunov Russia, without the Time of Troubles?

As i have mentioned before in order to secure a smooth reign for Feodor II we must eliminate somehow Filaret Romanov Patriarch of Moscow (former Boyar Feodor Romanov)
Boris Godunov thought that he had neutralised him when he forced him to enter the church but he rose to high offices like Bishop of Rostov and Patriarch of Moscow...
Actually Filaret was the Kingmaker... If Feodor (or Boris) manage to get rid of him Feodor II has a chance...

I just had to mention Boris Badenov and his girl Natasha! :D

The butterfly effects would be so vast, you could do just about anything you wanted with this timeline. But one easy thing is, they might not have any hemophilia in the family.

Did the early Romanovs also have hemophilia? Weren't just the last of them who got it?
