Federal Monarchical Britain

How would it be possible for Britain (in this case, England, Isle of Mann, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Jersey and Guernsey) to become a federal state, but with each their own natural monarchical dynasty? I generally mean something like with Imperial Germany, but suited to Britain (so Parliament based in London etc).

Very tricky. The main problem you're looking at is that Germany had a period of unity, the fell apart, but still shared a language and culture. Britain didn't have that.

I think the only real hope is to somehow massively retard the power of the crown and have various Dukes and so forth assert more indepnendence. The Lorship of Mann doesn't go extinct, the Duchy of Normandy gets passed to a minor royal at some point after the loss of France, Lancaster and York don't completely die out, and so forth. Then the only way to reuinite the country is through a parliament that basically makes all these magnates lands county Palatines a la Durham or Chester. Keep it going long enough and any attempts to centralise will have to be federal in nature.

This is unlikely to include Scotland or Ireland though, and is pretty unlikely in general.

The only thing I can think of would be in the modern era, with England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland having devolved parliaments with Westminster being like the Congress. As for something like Germany.... no.

Britain was one of the only states that maintained centralized authority. Unless there's some sort of massive civil war or the smaller English kingdoms manage to survive, there would be no way.

Maybe a move to Imperial Federation so that Scotland, England, Wales, Ireland and all the Dominions have their own parliaments and then send representatives to an Imperial Parliament in London. I believe this is what Chamberlain had in mind in the 1880s and 1890s.

Not sure how you would get separate dynasties though, especially considering that Scotland, England and Wales all had the same monarch since the 1600s. Maybe each one gets one of Queen Victoria's children as a head of state...

This is how I initially interpreted the OP's question; basically, the United Kingdom being a Federal nation-state, consisting of legally co-equal states (England, Scotland, etc) with both the National government and the states all concurrently 'sharing' the British Monarch as their respectively Heads of State.

Basically, like Australia or Canada (those are more suitable examples than the US, due to Australia and Canada having Westminster systems of government).

It would be quite an interesting ATL from the perspective of how British political culture would evolve, as it would almost certainly necessitate the UK having a written constitution.

Any possible POD for a Federal United Kingdom like this?

How about the 1707 act of Union? Instead of annexing Scotland its integrated with a devolved parliament/assembly. From that, Wales England and Ireland are granted devolved status down the line. Hell, if we use 1707 as a POD it could help create a moderate solution to the American Colonies.
