I think you there's at least a possibility you could get a free Hungary, Czechoslovakia, or Bulgaria, though. Churchill did make a deal with Stalin about Greece, and he kept it.
Well, I was only talking about Poland, but...
Greece was not occupied by the Red Army, so all Stalin had to do was give up supporting an insurgency, and he'd already conceded Greece in an earlier agreement with the UK. Not sure he did anyway, since there was a pretty fierce civil war in Greece. Lots of plausible deniability.
Bulgaria and Hungary were entirely occupied by the Red Army, just like Poland (though at least they hadn't had to take Bulgaria by force).
Czechoslovakia-conceivably, since American forces had liberated part of it.
