Fate of Hungary in an Anti-Hapsburg Victory in Austrian Succession War

I was searching through some earlier threads on this site when this began to give me an interest to look up info on the Austrian Succession War. It is assumed that had the Bourbon's won the war, Charles VII, Holy Roman Emperor and Elector of Bavaria would have gained among others, Austria and Bohemia, and it is assumed that France would have kept the Austrian Netherlands.

But what would happen to Hungary. Would Maria Theresa be allowed to inherit the Hungarian throne? Would they elect one of their own? Or would Charles VII seek to inherit all of the remaining Hapsburg domains?

The Austrian Netherlands might instead of went to a Bourbon cadet, to appease British and Dutch opposition.
Bohemia recognized the Bavarian claim, IIRC Austria remained quite loyal to the Habsburgs, then again the opponent was neighbouring Bavaria;).

I can see Maria Theresia retain Hungary-Croatia, after all the nobility of these kingdoms pledged to defend the young mother.
