Now lets assume that for the sake of the topic the Germans are able to win WW2. The US never gets involved for whatever reason. The Soviet Union is defeated. Great Britain isn't invaded and instead simply recognizes that the war is lost and surrenders. As far as Africa goes nothing is altered since the Italians still lose. Mussolini is stuck with Lybia and Ethiopia. And as for France, support for de Gaulle evaporates. So the Vichy regime becomes the legitimate one. Now what about the Congo? Belgium itself is lost and the Allies are also defeated so what is the most likely fate? Do the various other powers in Africa divided it up? Does it continue to operate as a government in exile, or does it throw it's support with the Germans? And where does that lead? Do they become something similar to Apartheid South Africa?
